On June 13, 2025, the “Cross – border E – commerce · Sichuan Manufacturing – Source Supply Matching Event”, co – hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and Amazon Global Store, grandly kicked off at the Renaissance Chengdu Hotel. As a benchmark enterprise in the air health field, Aimbon was invited to participate in the exhibition. With a full range of products empowered by Air Health 3.0 technology, it conducted in – depth docking with more than 100 cross – border e – commerce sellers, supply chain service providers, and trade purchasers. Relying on four core advantages, it opened the door to the overseas market and started a new journey of air health going global.

I. Product Matrix: Air Health 3.0 Builds a Healthy Air Ecosystem

At the event site, Aimbon’s air health products exhibited three core product categories: air purifiers, circulation fans, and fresh air machines. Based on Water – Gated technology, it creates a healthy air ecosystem of “purification + circulation + intelligent regulation”.

 

  • Air Purifiers: Equipped with H13 – grade HEPA filters + bipolar ion cluster technology, they can purify 99.97% of pollutants such as PM2.5 and formaldehyde in a 25㎡ space within 30 minutes. The measured formaldehyde CADR value reaches 180m³/h (far exceeding the industry average of 120m³/h).
  • Circulation Fans: With an innovative vector air duct design, they achieve ultra – long – distance air supply of 12 meters and global air circulation. Paired with intelligent temperature and humidity sensing, they automatically adjust the wind speed mode. The noise level in the silent mode is only 22dB (equivalent to the noise level in a library environment).
  • Fresh Air Machines: Adopting two – way flow heat exchange technology, the ventilation efficiency is increased by 40%. While introducing fresh air, 70% of the indoor heat is retained, solving the pain point of traditional fresh air being “power – consuming and making the room cold/hot”.

 

“1:1 Home Scene Experience Area” was set up on – site, simulating typical spaces such as mother – and – baby rooms, pet rooms, and newly – decorated living rooms. It intuitively demonstrated the purification effects of Aimbon’s products on ultra – fine particles of PM0.3, pet odors, and decoration formaldehyde, attracting purchasers to queue up for experience. More than 80 intention – cooperation forms were collected on a single day.

II. Technological Barriers: Water – Gated Redefines the Purification Logic

Different from the traditional “single – filtration” mode, Aimbon’s self – developed Water – Gated water – curtain purification technology realizes the dual drive of “active interception + deep decomposition”:

 

  • Dry Purification Zone: The H13 – grade HEPA filter + nano – silver ion coating accurately intercepts ultra – fine particles of PM0.1 level. The filtration efficiency for cigarette smoke and pollen allergens reaches 99.99%.
  • Wet Purification Zone: Through the synergistic effect of the spiral water curtain and UV – C deep ultraviolet, it actively captures and decomposes gaseous pollutants such as formaldehyde and TVOC. The formaldehyde decomposition rate exceeds 95%, and it can inactivate 99.9% of Legionella and influenza viruses (has obtained SGS medical – grade disinfection certification).

 

The “Intelligent Filter Life Monitoring System” released on – site is also a technological highlight. Through AI algorithms, it real – time tracks the filter resistance and pollutant adsorption capacity. Combined with the replacement reminder pushed by the Aimbon Home APP on the mobile phone, it solves the pain point of “blind filter replacement” of traditional purifiers. This technology has applied for 2 invention patents.

III. Going – Global Adaptation: From “Product Output” to “Standard Leadership”

In response to the differences in overseas market demands, Aimbon has built a “localization + globalization” product matrix:

 

  • European and American Markets: All products have passed EU CE and US AHAM certifications. Air purifiers are adapted to 110V voltage and European and American home aesthetics. Circulation fans have added a “strong purification mode for pollen season” to meet the consumption demands of the allergy season.
  • Southeast Asian Market: The humidity balance algorithm has been optimized. Air purifiers are equipped with “double modes of dehumidification in the rainy season and humidification in the dry season” to solve the problem of alternating humidity and dryness in the Southeast Asian climate. Fresh air machines have strengthened the mosquito – blocking design to adapt to the open living environment.

 

During the event, Aimbon reached a “Joint Brand Going – Global Plan” with 3 Amazon big sellers. Aiming at the attention of European and American consumers to “healthy breathing”, a customized “Air Health + Smart Home” package was developed, integrating smart speaker linkage and health data visualization functions. It is expected to be launched on the Amazon Prime exclusive page in Q4.

IV. Ecological Synergy: Linking Cross – border Whole – Industry – Chain Resources

Relying on the “source supply” advantage of Sichuan manufacturing, Aimbon demonstrated the whole – chain capabilities of “R & D – Production – Going Global” at the event:

 

  • R & D End: It has established a “Joint Air Health Laboratory” with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. The 2025 R & D plan (such as AI self – cleaning filters, wearable air purification devices) was released on – site, attracting 2 cross – border service providers to discuss “technology authorization cooperation”.
  • Production End: The “intelligent flexible production line” of the Chengdu production base was demonstrated, supporting small – batch customized production (such as exclusive appearance and function modules for overseas brands), solving the pain points of “difficult product selection and high minimum order quantity” for cross – border sellers. 5 customized cooperation intentions were reached on – site.
  • Going – Global End: A “Green Channel Plan” was jointly launched with Amazon Global Store, providing cooperation sellers with the rights and interests of “0 – yuan entry + traffic support + priority overseas warehouse allocation”. A large cross – border seller from Shenzhen signed a contract on – site, planning to list 500 Aimbon air purifiers in the first month.

Event Value: Paving the Way for Sichuan Manufacturing to Go Global

This Sichuan cross – border e – commerce docking event is not only the “overseas debut” of Aimbon’s air health products but also a microcosm of Sichuan manufacturing exploring the “technology + brand” going – global model. Data shows that during the event, Aimbon docked with 32 cross – border enterprises, reached 12 preliminary cooperation intentions, and is expected to drive the annual overseas revenue growth by more than 20 million yuan.

 

In the future, Aimbon will continue to deepen the synergy with cross – border platforms and supply chain service providers.
