AIMBON (Chengdu) Electronics Co., Ltd. was established on February 21, 2006. The company specializes in product industrial design, mold manufacturing, and polymer material molding processing. It focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of products aimed at improving the indoor environment of homes and small office spaces. AIMBON has innovatively developed a series of products, including evaporative humidifiers, DC silent fans, and air purifiers. The company has also creatively introduced the CDM (Collaborative Development Model) service, collaborating with well-known brand enterprises to jointly develop new products and bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing. 

The company is registered with a capital of 16 million yuan, covering an area of 15,383.36 square meters, and employs 106 staff members. Over the years, AIMBON has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, Sichuan Province Industrial Design Center, Chengdu Enterprise Technology Center, Advanced Unit in Mold Industry Quality Management, and a Chengdu Military-Civilian Integration Enterprise. It is also certified as a Technology-Oriented SME and a company cultivated under Chengdu’s SME Growth Project. AIMBON has established a comprehensive quality process management system and holds certifications such as ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, American SCS Certification, UL Certification, and 3C Certification. 

AIMBON built the “Sichuan Province Industrial Design Center” and is actively involved in the research and development of new products, new processes, and new technologies. The company has obtained 34 independent intellectual property rights (2 invention patents, 28 utility model patents, and 4 design patents), with 34 patent certificates issued. 

AIMBON actively complies with national and local safety, environmental protection, and labor-related laws and regulations and conducts business with integrity. 

 

Environmental Responsibility 

To achieve the standard discharge of project exhaust gases and to promote the recycling of energy resources, AIMBON has added a set of condensation towers and a waste gas recovery system. The project design fully considers energy-saving factors such as electricity, water, and materials. Advanced, applicable, and energy-efficient equipment was adopted. The implementation of the project has not caused uncontrollable environmental impact and has reduced the overall electricity consumption of older projects. Through the comprehensive recycling of wastewater, the company has achieved energy conservation and emission reduction, promoting the green development of the home appliance manufacturing industry. This has alleviated local employment pressures, increased local fiscal revenue, and produced significant social and economic benefits. 

In the past three years, through the research and development of fully automated production lines and technical upgrades to production equipment, AIMBON has improved product quality. At the same time, through environmental sewage technical reforms, the company has greatly enhanced its waste liquid treatment technology, promoting green development and reducing production costs while improving product competitiveness. 

Regarding environmental protection, in 2021, according to the company’s environmental safety training plan, both the company leader and environmental safety officer actively participated in environmental safety training organized by relevant departments. The company also organized employees to learn about environmental safety-related laws and regulations, carried out environmental emergency drills, and provided training on emergency response plans. 

 

Environmental Quality Standards 

  • Ambient Air Quality: The company complies with the “Ambient Air Quality Standards” (GB3095-1996), Class II limits. 
  • Surface Water Quality: The company adheres to the “Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards” (GB3838-2002), Class III water body standards. 
  • Environmental Noise: The company follows the “Noise Environmental Quality Standards” (GB3096-2008), Class 2 standards. 
  • Noise Emissions: The company abides by the “Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standards” (GB12348-2008), Class 3 standards in Table 1. 

Pollution Information 

  • Waste Gas: The waste gas produced by the project mainly consists of small amounts of volatile organic compounds and kitchen exhaust. 
  • Wastewater: The project’s wastewater primarily consists of domestic sewage. 
  • Noise: The noise generated by the project mainly comes from fan noise and lathe operation noise. 
  • Solid Waste: The solid waste mainly includes defective products, scrap materials, waste packaging, and domestic waste. 

 

Pollution Control 

  • Noise: The company has installed silencers on the intake and exhaust of fans to reduce noise levels through building shielding and sound source attenuation, as well as through the use of green belts and air absorption. 
  • Waste Gas: The company uses waste gas recovery and treatment devices for volatile organic compounds. 
  • Solid Waste: Defective products and scrap materials are recycled by manufacturers, waste packaging is sent to waste stations, and domestic waste is collected and processed by sanitation departments. 

Green Product Development 

In response to the concept of green consumption, AIMBON actively develops new products, including: 

  1. Evaporative Humidifier: Using water molecule sieve evaporation technology, this product enhances air humidity by using a water curtain to purify air and eliminate “white dust” problems. It also features a filtration evaporator made from imported single fiber, ensuring clean humidification and air purification. 
  2. Air Purifier: With a new structure and high-performance centrifugal fan, this purifier effectively handles common air pollutants like formaldehyde, odors, and bacteria. It features three levels of purification, a laser particle sensor, and advanced design elements like a full-fit LED screen and a custom motor. 
  3. DC Fan: Aiming for energy efficiency, this fan design promotes energy-saving solutions and provides quiet, stable airflow for small spaces.

Social Responsibility 

AIMBON is committed to the philosophy of “taking from society, giving back to society.” The company believes in fulfilling its social responsibilities as a top priority. Internally, it respects employees and emphasizes talent development. Employees are encouraged to attend various professional skills training, and they are given opportunities to showcase their talents, contributing to society while achieving personal growth. 

In January 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, AIMBON continued its production during the Chinese New Year. To ensure the health and safety of employees, the company implemented strict preventive measures, monitored employee health, and provided online education through WeChat groups about pandemic prevention. During the holiday period, the company asked all employees to self-isolate at home for 14 days, with daily reports on isolation status. In response to shortages of protective masks, AIMBON purchased masks at high prices and distributed them to employees to ensure their safety when buying essentials. 

During the production halt, AIMBON established a prevention and control leadership group, developed prevention plans, conducted disinfection of the factory, and complied with all directives from supervisory departments. On February 18, the company resumed production after successfully passing the supervisory inspection.
