Warm Welcome to the Chengdu Mold Industry Association for a Visit and Exchange
On June 4, 2020, the Chairman, board members, supervisors, and other representatives of the Chengdu Mold Industry Association visited our company for an exchange event with member enterprises.
General Manager Pi Jingwen of AIMBON led the association members on a tour, starting with our exhibition hall where he presented our latest products. He then guided the visitors through our workshops and laboratories dedicated to molds, injection molding, assembly, and other operations.
After the tour, Mr. Cao Jian, Chairman of the Chengdu Mold Association, expressed high praise for our company’s cohesiveness, standardized development, and innovative capabilities. He commended the achievements we have made thus far.
Following the tour, Director Pi Tibin delivered a presentation titled “Finding Growth Opportunities in the Highly Competitive Home Appliance Industry.” In his address, Director Pi noted that the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 have made the home appliance sector even more demanding. However, as the domestic situation has gradually stabilized and improved, and with the continuous maturation of 5G, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, smart home appliances have emerged as a new growth driver. He pointed out that the industry trend is steering toward high-end, specialized, intelligent, and energy-saving products. He emphasized that companies should focus on producing fewer but more specialized products, streamline vertical channels, and optimize the entire industry chain.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Cao Jian summarized that the Chinese economy relies heavily on manufacturing, and manufacturing in turn relies on molds. Therefore, mold enterprises have bright prospects for development. He also reminded everyone to pay close attention to national policies, invest in talent development, and treat employees well.
After the meeting, all participants agreed that the event was highly beneficial and meaningful. They expressed the hope that the association’s secretariat will regularly organize similar communication, exchange, and mutual learning sessions.
